Adoption of the AGA Terms of Use for the DGC Health and Welfare Plan
The Trustees of the DGC Health and Welfare Trust have elected to use the AGA website from which to launch the portal which permits DGC members to enrol on line in the DGC Health and Welfare Plan, and provide payment on-line. For those purposes, the Trustees have adopted and agree to the AGA Benefit Solutions Terms of Use.
